Who we are
Airlines Contacts Africa is an independent contact directory based in Nairobi. It is not an airline, travel agency or ticket office. We collect public customer care details so a traveller, a freight desk or a local office can reach the right number without hunting through scattered pages.
People also search for us as Airlines Contacts Kenya. That name refers to the same directory, with Kenya as the home market and East Africa as the wider coverage.
What the directory covers
Listings are organised in two layers. The airline page names the carrier. The country page holds the desk for that market: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, DR Congo or Somalia. A typical Kenya page includes a Nairobi town office, a phone, an email and a short note on where the desk sits.
Kenya Airways, Jambojet, Safarilink and other local carriers sit beside international airlines that keep a Kenya office, including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Ethiopian Airlines, RwandAir, KLM, British Airways and others in the current set.
How we treat the information
Office notes are written from public sources and routine checks. Airlines change numbers, move offices and split cargo from passenger lines. Treat every listing as a starting point. Call or write the airline to confirm the department, the hours and the current number before you travel or send cargo.
We do not sell tickets, take bookings or speak for any carrier. Airline names appear only to identify the desk.
Kenya and East Africa
Kenya is the densest set of pages: Nairobi offices, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport contacts and Wilson Airport desks where those details are public. Neighbouring East Africa markets are listed on the same airline when we have a verified office note for that country.
