These terms cover how you may use the directory, accuracy of listings, intellectual property, accounts, liability and Kenyan law.

The service
Airlines Contacts Africa is a public directory of airline office contacts in Kenya and East Africa. Pages name a carrier and a country, then list published phones, emails and addresses. We do not sell tickets, take bookings, issue visas or act as an airline or travel agent.
Licence to use the site
You may browse, search and print listings for personal or internal business reference. You may not:
- Copy the directory at scale to run a competing site, or scrape the pages in a way that overloads the server.
- Present our pages as an official airline channel, or imply that we speak for Kenya Airways or any other carrier.
- Interfere with staff logins, attempt to access the dashboard without permission, or introduce malware.
- Use listings to harass airline staff or to send bulk unsolicited messages.
Accuracy
Listings are informational. Airlines change numbers, move offices and split passenger lines from cargo. You must confirm every detail with the airline before you travel, pay money or send freight. Nothing on this site is a contract with an airline, a timetable, or a guarantee that a desk will answer.
Intellectual property
The website design, original text and compilation of the directory belong to Airlines Contacts Africa unless a credit says otherwise. Airline names, logos and marks belong to their owners. We use names only to identify offices. Photographs may be our own, licensed, or placeholders used until a listing has its own image.
Third-party sites
Links to airline websites or other services are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Kenyan law, we are not liable for missed flights, cargo delay, wasted calls, or other loss that follows from relying on a listing that is out of date or incomplete. The site is provided as is. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still apply.
Accounts
Staff accounts are for people we authorise to edit listings. You must keep the password confidential and tell us if you think the account is misused.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The courts of Kenya have jurisdiction, with Nairobi as the primary venue.
